Lease share rates are subject to a 8% Chicago Transaction Tax. A fully refundable $1000 damage deposit is required before beginning sailing. Fairwind does not charge an initiation fee to join its program. Twenty-eight sail schedules include free, unlimited "as available" sailing. |
